Questions
Do I need an app?
No. Any phone camera opens the page. The person who scans doesn't need an account either.
Can I change the information later?
Yes. Log in, open your QR and tap Edit. The sticker stays the same, so you never reprint it.
What if the sticker gets damaged?
Your story is saved in your account, not in the sticker. Nothing is lost.
Who can see my medical information?
Whoever scans your tag sees the emergency information you entered. Photos of your ID and insurance card stay private unless you choose to make them public.
How do I know if someone found my pet?
Turn on Lost mode. When someone scans the tag you get an email right away, and they can call you, message you on WhatsApp or send you their location.
Is it available in Spanish?
Yes. Every page shows in English or Spanish, depending on the phone.
